Transmission for 17-23 shovel nose

Shovel Nose Truck transmission on E-bay. Not mine just mentioned by a friend. I don't have the change to pick it up right now. MM

I looked for one of those when I needed a first gear. I had the gear made for 800 dollars. Jim

Thanks to the combined effort of Judy on the keyboard Mike giving directions and me sitting watching from downunder we managed to secure the gearbox.

Now all we need to do is get it from Kalispell Montana down to Colorado.

I'm glad you got it. Everybody did good. It sounds like a good tranny at a great price.

Many of these survivor vehicles broke down and were put aside "to be fixed" and just never got fixed. My 1920 truck was side lined with a broken first gear. Seventy years later probably no one could even remember why it was put aside. Jim
