Denton, TX

CTC Autoranch in Denton, TX (North of Dallas) has a few good L's, as well as some larger trucks. Seems pricey but I saw some good sheet metal and trim (they have pictures on their website). Edited by Lloyd, Here is the Web site address: http://www.ctcautoranch.com/

a few issues back, a couple knuckleheads from Hot Rod Magazine bought a crudded out car from this place, but some time and parts in it, got it running, drove it to Houston and sold it at auction. the buyer ending up being the junk yard.

HAD a yard near here that would sell cars that they got(sometimes easy fix) They would garauntee to buy it back for current Scrap price, IF it quit in the First 90 days or 3,000 miles, which ever came first! Still a good place to buy a cheap car, but no longer offer the garauntee.

Re: Denton, TX

that is likely a sign that cars are now more complex and can be harder to keep running after they fall into disrepair.
