I live in Indianapolis and have been everywhere looking for someone who can custom make a tonneau cover for me. I’ve had people take measurements and say they would contact me. But have never got a single call. Right now I am planning to do it myself but thought someone on this site may have an answer. My truck has side rails so the width is a little smaller than usual Thanks for any help

Have you tried a sheetmetal shop?
I built the canopy for my R120. It started off as 18 gauge sheets of satin/coat sheetmetal. I had to borrow some time on a friend's 10 foot brake because the 8 foot brake I had at that time was not going to work.
