Re: Customizing Tips For All!

There aren't many of the low-riders in Florida and I don't see many at the car shows I go to. I appreciate all the work that goes into the cars, but for some reason I don't get the small diameter tire thing. Other than helping get the car closer to the ground, they look disproportionate. I go for more traditional hot rod styling and find the wild paint jobs a little too over done. None the less, I know there is a ton of work that goes into the build of a low rider and the guys involved are very family oriented and are very talented. I don't always like what I see at an art gallery, but that doesn't mean the artist is any less talented. We all have tastes for the things we like.

WEWS, the small wheels are wire wheels. I think the wires are more important than the size, but I could be wrong. It's a "look" they want.
The new wires cost a fraction of the old ones. Therefore, the REAL wire wheels from back in the day are worth next to nothing. Our experience here.
