Try this on just for fun. My wife and I got 97%. My son got 100%

Re: politic on the board

Fun test, history is a favorite of mine. I scored 100. If it were math or science I would not have done as well.

At least one question was inaccurate, Most scholars agree these days that Marie Antoinette never really said: "Let them eat cake."

The one thing that made me laugh is the picture they used for the Spanish Inquisition question, it was a still from a skit that Monty Python did using that historical subject.

Good for you. I took the online USA knowledge citizen test. I had to really think about some of the answers.

I scored a 100 as well. It thinks I have a PhD in History, I actually only have a Bachelor's in it.

I wonder if any readers of this thread understand the tariffs on Chinese goods. Who pays for the duties and tariffs? Some persons may be surprised. It may not be who you think.

I do, and you can read that more than one way, but no matter what it is a true statement.

I read that link twice. It was not difficult to understand. I think by my reading it twice helped to dull the impact of the details.
I have a few farmer friends who have not bought new machinery because of the added cost. Used machinery auctions are well attended and the bidding is pushing the used market prices up.
The identical details are reported by several news agencies including ones in Canada. The greater shame is the loss of jobs to North Americans. The added insult is the hidden taxes, tariffs, the end consumer pays. The trade war has raised the cost of a BendPac four post hoist for me. I wish I could find a hoist that is made in North America with steel made here. Milwaukee tools have gone up 20% retail.
