coulda, shoulda, woulda

I had the chance to buy this truck at auction for somewhere between $1600 and $2600, I should have. I just don't remember the final winning bid, but it was a lot lower than I thought it would be.
I found a thumb card with a bunch of old pictures I thought were long gone, and this was one.

That engine would be a treat, for the driver, with ear protection. Nice looking truck. The tires look good and probably worth the selling price.

I can hear the 6-71 in my head...

That cheeseball worked a train-derailment. You want to hear a Detroit symphony, Imagine that cheeseball pulling an 80' railcar! You could hear it coming for the whole 45 mile run.

I missed out on that 6-110 in an auction. It was a late model with Roots type blower, Actually a 6-71 turned 1.5 times faster than on the 6-71.
