The salmon dropped in price from $45/kg to $23/kg, today. So, we had BBQ salmon on a cedar plank. The veggies were fire roasted red bell peppers stuffed with cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and herbs. My daughter made roasted zucchini. and roasted smashed potatoes.
The carrots were steamed then roasted in butter and honey.
Supper was so good.

Yesterday, I bought a big-ass burrito from https://quesada.ca/menu/ I ate half of it for supper last night and the other half was saved for supper, today
My wife planned on having salmon yesterday, but the 1000# the store ordered for resale was sold out before she could get there.
