Re: OUR 40 FORD
I happened to have an extra grill chin piece, so I had the original and a reproduction painted. It is the lowest part of the car and right at the front and always gets road rash and some parking curb damage, if the driver is less than cautious. The other little piece is a home-made wire cover that hides the bulkhead fitting and wires from open view. The cover is held in place with the stainless securing screw on the bulkhead fitting. The delivery date is getting closer. I agreed to have the Ford set aside for a day or two while a MASERATTI is in for some minor freshening up. I am thinking the Ford will be coming home next Monday.
