I know I'm late to this, but very sad to hear the passing of Manfred Range. I know he has not posted on here for sometime, but i also knew that he was involved with Cornbinder Connection and other forums. I would not say i knew him well, but i did start to get to know him and had quite a few email/ PM conversations with him. He came across as a man with a heart of gold. Deepest condolences.

At my age, I get anxious when my call displays a name of someone I worked with. The news today wasn't good. One of the guys I worked with was diagnosed with ALS and in a care facility. His wife was also diagnosed with ALS and is in the same facility. :t0116:
How does this happen?
I have stopped going to funerals, I was putting on weight funeral reception food. .
The worst part of getting older is many of the persons I am familiar with are dieing. Arthritis is not much fun, either.

Very sad but thanks for sharing. I don't think I've chatted with him since the last time the old forum crashed.

Hiding in plain sight. Also acts like insulation.

Young guy is talking to his Father. The son asks, "Why is my sister named Rose?" The Father replies, "Your mother likes roses." The son thanks his father who responds, "No problem B.J."

I am reading the label on a Budweiser beer can. The contents were brewed in Creston, BC. Creston is one of 7 Canadian breweries that make Budweiser beer. The label suggests 5% "octane"
:t3909:
Coincidently, Manfred lived in Creston. I do not think he supported the brewery.

Instead of having a file cabinet next to my desk, I got a deal on a stainless roller bottom toolbox. The bottom right drawer holds 4 dozen cans of COKE ZERO.
The drawer above the Coke is for snacks.

SAD NEWS
Jessi Combs dead at 36. She was a real star on the TV show Extreme 4X4. She was an inspiration to my daughter, who very successfully entered the mechanics trade.
