Panel vans, I have no experience with, but if the rear doors had no way to lock, than perhaps they didn't bother with door locks on the cab either.
I'm sure the same door latch was used on panel van cab doors as the trucks, so it comes down to the rear doors, are they lockable?

basically same lock as in the K,KB trucks, need to cut square stock length to fit,
