Thanks Dean, it does! A huge weight lifted off my shoulders and now I can move forward again. I've gone from amateur auto painter finisher to the next step...whatever that is...semi-screw upper

You’re patience with the repaint is admirable and maybe I can learn from that. The input from others regarding painting is also educational. Other than trying to keep the KB1 as close to stock as possible I will be reworking and painting the fenders. Your lessons have taught me, going forward, to pay much attention to my air supply.
