Slow but sure progress

I had to modify the wheel openings to allow my new wheels and tires to clear. Also, I had to remove a couple of inches from the rear of the front fenders so I would have good ground clearance when I build the custom full length running board. Here are a few pictures of the front end mocked up.

Quite welcome sir, you may feel your progress is slow, (I'm kinda in the same boat right now) and the road you're on sure isn't the easiest one, but it is one with a great destination !

Wonderfully said, as my head swells with pride! You sir are a gentleman and I hope my final product will be worthy of your expectations.

Your truck is turning out very nicely. I like the front tire to fender fit.

Thank you Dean, when I decided that the fender had to trimmed at the wheel opening, I made sure that it still kept the original shape and not just cut out a section to follow the tire. I cut out about 2 inches from the top, but I think that it is hard to tell that it was cut at all. Here is what I did in pictures.
