clutch adjustment

how do I adjust the fingers on my clutch so they are closer to the throwout bearing. thy are like an inch or more away now and bearing does not ingage?

Have you been driving this recently? What kind of vehicle? What's the history with the clutch/ trans/ engine? Just put it together?

Not the best angle to see but it appears the fork isn't in the slots on the TOB sleeve? It seems to be back to far.
Whatever you do DO NOT move the bolts on the fingers,they are preset at the factory.
