1961 Scout 80 Winch Question

I bought a 1980 Scout 80 a couple of years ago. It's the one I posted about earlier that has a power brake booster and an overdrive. It appears that it came from the factory with a PTO winch, which must have been removed by a previous owner. Does anyone know what winch IH used in these? I'm thinking Koenig, but don't know for sure. I'd like to buy one that's original to the Scout and install it.

Any help appreciated.

For whatever reason the IH parts manual (MT-113 revision 4) doesn't list a PTO or which in Group 13 Transmissions where they would be listed.
I looked at "spec sheets" at the WHS which only go as low as 1963 for the Scout80. It does list both with the PTO code...
Ramsey Model 200 winch...
PTO code 13728 Transfer case mtd PTO (left side) with front & rear output shafts.
Nothing I looked at lists the PTO mfr.,whether it's Chelsea or Muncie.

Here's a link to where the spec sheets are;

If you don't know much about PTO's it may be a good time to learn. They are not a "one size fits all" component,the drive gear(s) and ratio are essential depending on application as is the trans./trans case. Do you know what transfer case you have?
A unit meant to drive a pump will unlikely work for a winch and visa versa.
You might try some of the light line sights/forums that deal with Scouts,somebody may have these things collecting dust somewhere.

This search I did might help too?

Here is a good source for Scout stuff. Rod has some surprising bits and pieces. http://www.scoutpluss.com. Ask him about the alligator he painted.
