Hi, In a Loadstar 1700 with the options and hub type shown, what is the recommended ideal air pressure for the front 900x20 tires and each rear 900x20 tire? And the same questions for 1100x20 tires front and rear?

It depends on what the load is. You'll be safe at 85-95 PSI. You can look up load/psi charts based on load rage/ply rating and the load on the axle.
