ra30 ring gear?

Thanks for all the info and help. I found a ra30 in a loadstar at my grandfathers yard and I am going to see if I can do something with it. He also has a 53 r160 I might try to see what is in it and let you know what I find. The next thing I am looking in to is in my parts book it says my ring gear should be 12 rivet. The ring gear I pulled out of both rear ends have a 14 rivet ring gear. This is just weird all around. but I will keep looking and post and thing I find. Thanks again for the help and time.
