Thank you Sir! I wish I could spend more time there in the shop. I have fond memories of being a 5 year old boy riding in that O'l Metro with my Dad back in 1967. Dad called it the Gooney Wagon. :m03104:

Well I was fortunate enough to have the Metro running by the following Sunday afternoon. Now I would like to know the procceedure for adjusting the valve lash. Can anyone help me with that? The clearance is easy to find .018 to .020. What I'm hoping to find for example, put number one on top dead center and adjust certain valves then put number six on top dead center and adjust the other valves . Or should I start from front to back roll the engine over till one valves down and adjust the one next to it and do that all the way through?
