Disc brake kit and diesel project

Another member on this forum has a front disc brake kit for sale removed from his 1953 R112
I am interested in putting it on my 1960 metro Am120
The manufacturer TSM wasn't sure if the brakes are compatible.
So, is the front brake assembly the same for these 2 models?
Any input is appreciated

I will be upgrading the brakes because I have lined up an Isuzu 3.9 bd1 diesel and am now on the hunt for an NV4500 tranny... Next winter will be busy.

Try ELCAM on Trapp Road in Burnaby. They had several NVG 4500s. REIDS AUTO, also on Trapp Road may be able to help.
I'm pleased that you found an engine to fit your needs. TTYL
There is one on Craigslist but it is for a 4X4.
Call 99 Truck parts in Surrey. I bought a ,6.9 Diesel from them. If they don't have what you want, they may be able to locate one.

If you have a 5 lug drum, the brake kit should work, if a 6 lug, I do not believe it will work, much different set up, I think. When I still had my Metro, my plan was to put a set of axles from an L112 under it. The frame is essentially the same as the corresponding year Light line truck.
Just my thoughts.
