I think they do not know a vintage truck.

He needs to update his "Standard Rejection" file. Those two excuses are about as far as you can get from the truth.

No, Not mine, but everyone thinks it is so I'm okay with saying it's my truck. Still working on the 1:18 scale die cast for the Snap-on 100th Anniversary

Well it's been awhile since I've been on the site. I got a little discouraged when the galley site went down and most of the pictures on this post were lost. I'm working on reloading the images, which will take some time. We have been very busy with the little truck and I'll leave you with a little video to watch for now... Enjoy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttfQdMCWDZw

You do not have to waste a bunch of time working on a model METRO. Liberty classics make the best diecast Metro I have ever seen. I bought out a collection of Liberty Classics which included a Metro.

I made a mistake when I suggested my diecast Metro was made by Liberty Classics. 1st GEAR or First Gear of Peosta. Iowa is the maker. I found a bunch of First Gear diecast on eBay. I am going to order a Travelall or two.
I was rummaging around in my basement storage cabinets and I found a mint and boxed 1:25 scale METRO by First Gear. The details on these diecast collectables are so good. A well positioned First Gear diecast model, in a picture, is not easy to tell from a real truck.
I also found a First Gear 1:34 scale R190 Dry Goods Van. It is mint and boxed. The trucks weigh about two pounds each.
I have had a COE with an enclosed trailer on display, in the garage. The trailer has MAC TOOLS livery. I will go out now to see if it might be an IHC COE tractor.
Sorry, not for sale.

I'm looking more at a 1/18 scale diecast, but it's more about the interior. Plus, I met the corporate lawyer this year and after talking with her learned what Snap-on issue with the truck was. It's because I didn't do licensing? I said "Licensing would be if I was using the truck to make money. I'm just promoting the Brand and the Franchise, so you should be paying me." That's when she walked away saying this conversation is over.

1/8 scale is a large toy. The price could be high. The corporate response was predictable.
