In Central Florida (and most of Florida) everyone looks to Mike Kelly's Cruise News
http://www.cruisenewsonline.com/and they are closely affiliated with the weekly cruises at Old Town in Kissimmee, Fl. Old Town is a themed shopping/eating destination (tourist trap) not far from the Walt Disney resorts. They've been holding Saturday night cruises for vehicles up to 1972 close to 20 years and have added Friday night cruises for 1973 - 1985 and "special vehicles" of even later vintage. Recently added are Thursday night cruises for bikers, and Sunday night cruises for trucks. While I haven't been to Old Town in a couple of years, their anniversary event in June usually draws over 500 vehicles. Numerous Corvette events, Mopar events, Super Chevy events, Ford events, etc. are held here. The Goodguys Show that was in April held a cruise to Old Town on Saturday evening.
Cruise News was the title sponsor for the weekend cruise I attended at Cocoa Beach in May.
Another Florida source for listings is:
http://www.flacarshows.com/cl-mo.htmThis is where I found the Antique Truck Club of America show that was held in March at an International Harvester Museum in Leesburg, Fl.
This listing breaks down Florida into sections and presents what is happening in each section of the state.
If you're coming to Florida, you'll be able to find multiple events any night of the week. You might have to drive some distance to get to some of them, but there is something every night.
If you're into old flywheel and steam engines, older tractors, etc. check out:
http://www.floridaflywheelers.orgLocated about 20 miles south of where I live, is the dedicated property of the Florida FlyWheelers. Large property with a village that holds weekend shows in November, January, February. Vintage is the name of the game here. Nice way to spend a day or weekend.
