For someone wanting to stay with the original drivetrain, a lot of work is already done on that one.

That looks like a good one. I hope that whomever it goes to doesn't cut it up and throw a 350 in it.

That asking price is $6300 in US dollars.

As the proud owner of a 1956 S-120 shortbed 4x4 I agree that it is a good deal. I think the S series was the best styled of all 50's pick ups.- Stickman 207

I have to admit that I am starting to like the '56 but, the "R" series was always my favorite. The 1951 and later "L" is better for Diesel engine swaps because there is more room behind the grill for an intercooler and AC condensor. The "L" had a much better hood hinge system than the "R". I often convert the "R" hood to the earlier "L" works.
