Re: R-180, not mine

Heres some more photos. I expected rust in the cab corners and turn signal buckets, but the right fender? And that door skin...yikes. What do y'all think?
Ps. Front bumper and a spare 2spd rear are in the back of the bed.

Re: R-180, not mine

Probably easier to find another fender and door and swap them out.
First time I've seen hoist controls located above the radio.
Looks like the interior has been repainted some time.

Lol. Is finding body parts ever "easy" for these trucks?

With measurements, I think the Door should be able to be replaced from almost any comfo cab, probably hass the taller wing window so an R? Fender from any that is at least a 150 and above. What does he want to bring it to you?

Pretty sure you're right on both. Just not an easy find. I'm waiting to hear if he can borrow a trailer or has to rent one and we'll see what $ he wants.

Re: R-180, not mine

Around here you can find trucks and used parts. I found a guy who probably has 25 LR&S trucks. I bought a good door and complete dash from another guy for $150. I'm a lot better at bolting on parts than doing body work.

Text from the seller today: "I really want this truck to go to someone who is going to enjoy/ appreciate it and it seems like you are the guy. I'm gonna do everything in my power to make this work for both of us" So we'll see!
