Re: '55 R120

Ah, you guys are killing me. Very much what I have been chasing for the last year, but got to thinking the motor/axle ratio would be a problem. Then got to thinking about all the double clutching in freeway traffic and then no a/c and crappy brakes. Not to mention the rest of my hearing will go away. Had myself talked out of it.

Now I'm thinking ft disc brake kit, the Travelall rear axle trick, I can make a/c fit anything. And there's no way I could build a project vehicle as nice as this for the same money. Seller has a video of closing the driver's door where he taps it with his finger and it very slowly swings closed and gently latches.

I leave town again in two days and no time to check it out. Best I can hope for is that it is still languishing when I get back.

Should have a T-98 in it, shouldn't have to double clutch, I say should, you can tell quickly, is reverse over and up toward dash by 3rd gear, or over and toward seat by 4th?

toward dash T-98 syncro, toward seat non syncro,
Gentle Men! you can't fight in here! This is the war room!
