Really? People on this site don't know what a 1952 R-130 looks like?

Not after 65 years - no way to know if its better or worse than what's currently owned. It might be just a pile of rust, although one man's rust is another man's gold.

It always surprises me how surprised people are that people don't want to buy 65 year old used trucks or parts sight unseen. Could be gold there or could be worthless rusted out junk. But no one knows without pictures.

overdrivesteve- I couldn't agree more.
Idahosalvage, What kind of response do you expect, when you post an item like this without a photo?

Re: 1952 R-130

The reason I ask for photos Is exactly the reasons stated. The parts(sheet metal) that you could get the most response from is Grill, Tailgate, running boards, Local, a fuel tank, If good drums with lots of wear left in them, small things like senders, good steering wheel, dash/knobs and such like that. I want you to succeed in your endeavors.

Sorry, I tried to sell some items off this truck on Evil Bay. Nothing sold. So it is not worth it to me to pull parts of these types of trucks any more. One last question about this truck. I have been pulling emblems off these truck for several years now and this is the first truck that had a stamped stainless steel "International" and "S-130" emblem. What is the story behind that? All the others I have are cast metal.

Re: 1952 R-130

stamped stainless was optional, I have some from an L series truck, mostly the farmer went with the cheaper pot metal, so not common, but they exist
