is it wood powered?

Puzzles me a little, those look like Washington plates. the map indicated nampa, and not that far from my house, I will try to go by and see if I can spot it. If wood burner, it would really be full of soot with all that green wood.

It's about a mile and half from me. do not look to bad. Think it might be worth what he is asking. If someone wanted it eyeballed better, let me know, I can go contact and look at for you.
