Rare L series Travelall on ePay

Been looking for an L travelall for YEARS!,,,,,, YEARS, I tells ya,

now here it is,,,,,if I hadn't just given $20,000.00 to my doctor to keep me from dieing of Cancer,,,,,,, ARRGGE Cancer, how inconvenient you can be!

Well, I had this guy send me pics of this travelall, and it is the worst rusted one I've seen other than my buddy's 56 civil defence one, his is rusted to the bottom of the windows

this L travelall has bondo spooned onto it everywhere, they didn't even try to knock it down, before spray painting over it, it is even rusted out INSIDE the passenger area.

funny how one person's perspective, he said solid as a rock, except lower rear corners,,,,,,,there is rustout along rockers all the way around, plus both door bottoms,

it anyone here is thinking about this thing, have him send you his pics. this is just one of the rockers, worse in other areas.

Disclaimer: I'm not suggesting to not buy this guy's truck if it's something you really want, But be prepared to remove a ton of inferior bondo and do extensive body work to get it right.

That is a glowing description he gives of the truck,,,good thing you had a glimpse of the rest of the poop. I like to buy vehicles that have not been molested that way there are no surprises. My current OT project needs rockers and floor pans but as the vehicle had been sandblasted and primered before it went up for sale I could see more or less what I was dealing with. I think the last serious bid was $2500,,,not sure where the rest of the bids are coming from,,friends and family?
You got a better deal from the doctor than this guy is offering...Cheers to your health!

I keep getting messages from ePay telling me he's lowered the reserve bid NOW!

I'm thinking these other bidders haven't asked for the pictures or they would most likely drop out too, this thing does not have huge rust out, but it has rustout on nearly every body part, those "dents" only on the doors is rust covered with bondo too,
