CO Crew

Here's an idea I had never seen or thought of before. Saw the truck on FB Marketplace for sale in NY state. Sorry, don't have the link.

Re: CO Crew

That has to be one of a kind. From what I remember those cabs didn't have a hyd lift, they had springs and were manually tipped. That might explain the boards holding up the cab. It also begs the question of who made it. The rear doors are obviously the copy of the front door on the opposite side. It would seem to be a marriage of two cabs, but by whom?

Re: CO Crew

I didn't see anything in the ad indicating who put it together. The seller apparently is not the person built it. It looks to me like two cabs mated back to back, with the back of the original cab put where the front of the added cab was.

Re: CO Crew

I like it. IHC and other manufacturers often used the service of body building companies like: https://www.google.ca/search?q=orrville ... 46&dpr=1.5
I have an "R" crewcab built by Orrville Metal Specialty Company.

Re: CO Crew

I only drove one, it was a fire truck, and iirc had a Clark 5 speed. The shift linkage was fairly worn out, and it was anyones guess where the gears were!
