This truck is about 22 minutes from my home. It should be noted, the asking price is the equivalent of $7392 US dollars.

Is that a real hand crank at the base of the front grill? Would the truck originally have come with that?

The hand crank was standard on these trucks. The bolt that held the crank pulley on was a ratchet. see the picture.

I have the original crank handle that came with my 53 R110. Here's a pic, you can see it on the floor of the cab
