I talked to the seller and we made a tentative deal. The registration needs some major tweaking and may not be acceptable, here.

There is a great chance that I may not be able to register the truck in this province. The registration of a vehicle from outside of this province has to meet some strict rules and these rules are not negotiable.
I do not want another parts vehicle.

The seller has taken the truck off the market until he has a registration that shows he owns the truck
