That's the rear end I installed in my 56-S-120-4X4
3.73-3.55 gear will bolt in, I think he's a bit hi on $250 bucks

Package price is not too bad. Just my thoughts.

I bought a DANA 60 with power-lock and disc brakes for $1700cdn. This differential was like new. A lot boy rolled the E350 over in a cloverleaf while delivering the E350 to a company. The ratio is 3:73. This is that last year to have to have the older 8 bolt by 6.5 inch circle. I also bought a Dana 60 high pinion front axle for a little less money. The total cost, delivered with taxes in was $2700cdn.
I would say you got a very good deal. I left my request with a local Ford recycler/wrecker. It took about 6 months for them to collect the parts I asked for.

I'd be all over that T-98 if it was closer.
