IHC model: HFE 7 1/2 53624

Yesterday, I found an old IHC model plate (brass?) in some of my Dads stuff. Between us, we can't recall what it came off of. Its about 2inches across, and an inch form top to bottom. The in the space for model, is stamped HFE 7 1/2 53624.
Any one familiar with this model?
I'd like to find a picture of what of other examples of the same model.

Thanks.

Re: IHC model: HFE 7 1/2 53624

Per D15H previous post "The K,KB series Cabs and Boxes are HF_ D-series are HE_starting with the 9 1/2 box being an A
D-2,3,5 and 15 have a HEA cab, K,KB-1,2 and 3 have a HFA cab. Canadian K,KB 1,2and 3 cabs are CHFA." so it would appear to be a tag from an international 7 1/2 ft bed, last five would be the serial number

Thanks. Do recall having a trailer made from an old IHC truck bed, and thought we did take off the tag, so that's likely what it was from.
