I thought I would say hello and introduce myself. I'm a Christian, 28 years old, former Sergeant in the US Army, and work in the medical industry.
I've always been the type of person who could never understand why people would pay anyone to do anything that could be done themselves. I like to think of myself as a DIY type of person. I spent a year in automotive school and retained none of it. In 2011 I bought a Subaru STI and started competing in SCCA RallyCross. Everything I really know about cars started there. I did all my own work on the car from adding lights, suspension work, designing my own parallel fuel set-up, to plasti-dipping the whole car in a makeshift paint booth in the garage. I had to give it up when I got out of the military but don't regret it.
About 6 months ago I fell in love with a 1964 International C900 and have been slowly fixing it up ever since. Given the lack of resources on my vehicle, I figured it was best to find a few forums where I might get some help troubleshooting from others more experienced with IHC than myself. (Like the fact that my rear hub is currently refusing to come off of the axle.)
I currently live in the Atlanta, GA area. Attached is some pictures of the C900, and a 1966 international that I got as a parts truck with the C900. More photos are available in my google photos album -->

Also, I always end up finding and buying strangely rare cars without knowing it. Like the running and driving 1987 Subaru RX-Turbo that's in my driveway ($250), or the 1989 Toyota MR-2 factory supercharged that I daily drove in back in 2010 ($2000).
