I've put 900 mile week in a stone stock K-7. 50 MPH is a comfortable speed, above that not so much.
Any 60's truck should so ok at 55 but not 70.
I like the thick metal of the early trucks, but think the late 50's and 60's IHCs (A, B and C models ) would also be nice.

Nikki can you post a rough budget showing us how you came to $125000 for your build? If you don't feel comfortable doing that it's ok I understand. I'm just curious. Maybe I won't ever build a truck.
