When this person is asking for help on this forum, they probably don't h their own opinion and needs your opinion to write another book. We have your opinion for free. Opinions are like butts, everyone has one . Facts are another total different situation. So, did anyone pay $45 and get nothing?
Now, if CB89 would write a book about IHC, that would be the one to buy for facts. This is my opinion.

Well, this thread may be dead, but there is an epilogue to this story. Apparently Patrick Foster did publish his own book on the history of International Harvester trucks in 2015. It's for sale, but retailing for $30, not the $45 he was originally offering to the members here. You can see it here:
