My name is Patrick Foster and I'm a fulltime automotive writer. I'm working on a new book on IH trucks which will debut during 2015.

I'm interested in using photos of club members International trucks to illustrate the book and ask that you contact me if you think you have a worthy truck.

The book will cover International trucks from 1907 to the present, so any IH truck is eligible to be shown in the book. What I'm looking for are high quality color print photos or digital images on disc. Here's some basic rules:

1. Photos/images should show just the vehicle, without people, pets or props next to it
2. Color images only
3. No hoods up please
4. No photocopies- we need original prints or digital images
5. Only one vehicle should be in the photo- no shots of vehicles in a line-up.
6. No rust buckets please

This is my 18th book and it’s going to be a high-quality hardbound edition on quality glossy paper and with full-color photography.

We're going to need to keep the photos for nearly a year; if you want them returned please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope so we can mail them back once the book is published.

Mr Foster is legit. Check out some of the other books he has produced. There would be a tie in with AMC because of some engines used by IHC. This sounds like a really good thing to participate in if you want. I will see if we can peg this post to keep it up top and not buried as time goes on.

Not another Binder book! I doubt that there is anything that a person could add after CRISMON'S big light line Binder book.

I've learned a lot in life by listening to another's viewpoint. Why not another book? Maybe more interest in these wonderful vehicles will develop. Bill

I have the original hard cover by CRISMON and the newest soft cover with color pictures. These two books have become the go-to for IHC research.
I thought this subject was dead, the original post and last post are almost a year old. Did anyone send $45? The next question, did anyone get a book?
