MikeMiller/old new intro for new site

This is Mike Miller that owns a 1917 Model F one ton truck. I have added "old" to my name to mark the difference from me and the "new" Mike Miller that has a 1921 Model F. I am in a rural area of Colorado not too far from Denver or Colorado Springs. I'm a Vietnam veteran and retired. I am currently wintering in Apache Junction Arizona. When I get home this next spring I will be working on finishing up the 1950 Model L122 that I have modified with SV345 engine and TF727 automatic transmission, power steering and power disc brakes on front wheels. Also finishing up a paint job on a 64 Scout 80 half cab. In the back of the barn is a 1934 1 1/2 ton Model B-3, it runs but the cabs wooden frame is rotten and the mechanical brakes are frozen. I also have a 71 1100 Travelall with 8' snow plow and a 65 1100 C pickup that is licensed and insured to putt around in. I started turning a wrench when I was about 10 or 11. Dad had a garage and I got to do a lot of teardown and washing of parts. I have about 15 years experience working on diesels and heavy equipment and about 20 working aircraft. My memory sucks but I like to try to help out those who have never turned a wrench and are trying to learn.

Thanks Lloyd. I'm sure everything will work out sooner or later. We all have to be patient.
