Hello all!

Mechanic by birth but new to the international family. After the passing of my father-in-law my wife was given his 1950 L120. So... that means I got a 1959 L120. It does not run but is complete as far as I can tell. It has been converted to a 12 volt negative ground system but I believe that is all that has been modified on the truck except the mirrors I supposed. Looking forward to meeting some of you in talks and learning g new things.

Re: Hello all!

Welcome to the madness.
Give that "L" a bath and super clean the windscreen and your truck will look great. If there is rodent shyte in the cab, wear a mask when you are cleaning up. That poop can be deadly.
I would rather have tools I do not need than to need tools I do not have

Re: Hello all!

Welcome to the site! Looks like a pretty straight, solid truck.

Re: Hello all!

That's a nice looking, solid truck; and, those original, 3/4 ton hubcaps are rare and valuable. This sight is a great source of information; and, utilizing the information and experience here, can make any form of restoration, a lot easier.

Re: Hello all!

It really is a peach of a truck. About to pull the fuel tank, carb and fuel pump off to clean/rebuild.
