Hello from SW Ontario!

I’ve been lurking on here for a while. I’ve been waiting for the deal to be finalized and the truck delivered before I posted. 1949 KB2 sight unseen from Moscow, ID to London, ON. Kids and I are super excited as it was delivered this afternoon to my friend’s garage. My grandfather had the same truck but in maroon and my dad and I had to let it go in the 90s because of lack of funds. This one is solid. Needs some windows as they have started to delaminate, passenger window is cracked and all will need some new rubber. Some new tires (hubcaps are in the cab), new brakes, carb rebuild and a tune up and she’ll be ready to go!

I have a cunning plan sir.

Hello and welcome from another Canuck. I am on the dry West Coast. We have not had significant rain in months.
You will enjoy your truck. It looks like a beauty.
Try to not get too hung up on keeping it all original. There are options.
