hay im new here!

I found a 53' r110 in a barn with a buick 401 nailhead th400 trans and a ford 9in out back. the guy that had it said he bought it out of a barn 16 years ago got it running and parked it in his. the man said he pain $1500 for it so I pulled out $2000 and he let me have it! new carb, gas and points and this thing runs great. this is my first IH so I figured id join so I can ask questions from the experts considering most people think its some kind of ford.

this is it where I found it

That is sharp! Beat those fellows that think it is a Ford! :t0174: It sounds like you have a modified under the hood truck and probably better rear end ratio than original. When ready to post up Questions, put them over in the L, R, S forum, you will get quicker responses.

Welcome to the group. Looks like you actually have a rear view mirror in that beast, I wish I had one, kinda hard to see whats behind you using the side mirror(s) only. Best of luck with it, keep us updated on its evolution! - Bob
