T15 from BD240 to 345?

I have a chance to buy a low-mileage T15 off a BD240.
1) Will it bolt onto a V8 bell housing?
2) Will the splined input shaft match the V8?

Correction: The seller found that his tranny is a T98, so same questions but for taking a T98 from a BD240 to a 345 V8.

Interested to know also, I believe I have a t98 from a 304 with the PTO on the drivers side of the housing.

I think that the T98 will mount up just fine.
