I found an International 304 from a 79 Scout II near me that is practically being given away and planned to go pick it up. Am I correct in assuming that I can use the head from the 304, but because it's a later year model I will need to change to flat top pistons in my 4-152 block?

(I may put the 304 in eventually, but I'm betting my little T-13 wouldn't like that so I'll need a tranny).
