I located a sound 345 for my '60 B112, but it is missing the distributor. Anyone got one to sell?

By all means post a wanted ad in the engine parts forum here. Not trying to take away from OldIHC, but for V8 stuff you’ll probably have better luck at Binder Planet as it’s mostly scouts over there.

A Delco dizzy for a 60s GM will work.

I already have a distributor for my SV266, but according to thr parts manual its PN is different from the SV345's. Will it still work properly in a 345?

Yes, the SV engines: 266, 304, 345, 392, distributors can interchange.

The advance curves may be a bit different. Check the repair manual for advance data. You could have that one re-curved to suit the 345 if it isn’t.
