1958 A-120 HI Altitude Equp

After paying for my 1958 A-120 4x4 pickup today the owner gave me an envelope with all kinds of paper work. There were actually three line cards in it, which I'm pretty excited about. On the line cards there were a couple of things that caught my eye:
1) HI Altitude Equip. I'm assuming the motor (BD 240) is equipped with higher compression. Did IHC accomplish this with a different head or different pistons? Also, what would be the compression of the motor? Did, the higher compression affect the rated Horsepower or where the timing should be set?
2) Hot Climate Cooling. Does this mean a larger radiator?
3) Speedo tools and Misc. What does this mean?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

1) Different pistons. As well as a different main jet in the carb. I don't know what the resulting compression ratio was.

2) Larger radiator capacity and larger diameter fan.

3) Not sure, other than that's a chapter title in the parts books.
