Vintage coolant hose clamps

Hello friends, I'm back again with another question for the wise ones. I am restoring a 1961 C-100 pickup with a BD-220 engine . I would like to use the original style hose clamps for this truck. I would like a description of the style of clamps. Is there any reason I shouldn't use these? Thanks.

Still don't know if the clamps are the tower style or the double wire style. I would like to be period correct. Thanks for any reply.

Re: Vintage coolant hose clamps

My limited experience with wire hose clamps has not been a good one. In my experience, the wire would slowly cut into the hose eventually causing a hose failure.
