I am new o the IH world. Recently bought a A120 and was wondering if there is a V8 available that will bolt to the existing manual tranny. Would love to bolt in a 345 if possible. Thanks for any help.

Howdy!
Guessing you have a six cylinder?
Send lots of pictures. We like them.
The IHC S-V8 was first introduced in your truck. Probably a 266 V-8. The early V8 models were also the first 12V IHC trucks.
So many guys are swapping out these early V-8s for SBC or Chevy LS. Or doing frame swaps. That should make finding a running 345 w/ trans relatively easy. Check woth the Scout guys. That's where my 345 came from. My particular engine had a Chrysler Torqueflite auto trans with it that has a special IHC bolt pattern.
I don't know if IHC six and V-8 engine bolt patterns are the same. I think not.
Welcome.

We will need more information and pictures are appreciated. What is in the vehicle now. Do you have a line setting ticket? This might be an informative thread: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=6451&p=48304&hilit=The+Official+SV8+Swap+Q%26A#p48304

Others will speak up as they log on and read forums.

I have a 304 in this one and I believe the trans to be original. Reverse is top far right, like the sticker on the dash indicates. Im have a 345 im planning on putting in though the 304 is plenty.
