Press the bearing off the stud, get the numbers off the bearings, if the stud needs re working send it to a machine shop, have built up and re machined.

It works in any world. IHC didn't make the bearings or even the steering box! Anything made by man can be re made by man.
Ross or Gemmer or whoever made the box didn't make the bearings, they are made by someone like Timken, BCA or FAG.
The inner races and outer races should have numbers on them if not or you can't read them, a bearing house like "Motion Industries" should be able to figure out what they are by the dim's.
Doubled up bearing like that are not uncommon and are made with both the narrow ends facing each other or facing away from each other.

Part number 9 in the key (pitman shaft/lever) comes with the studs and is showing up in NSN searches (National Stock Number) from Mil suppliers. If you don't want to go the bearing and rebuild what you have, you might ask for a quote from one of the mil suppliers
