A line radio

I have a radio for our A 120, but no antenna or attaching hardware. Anyone have one or an accessory book that shows what it looks like and the part numbers? If so please P M me and let me know. Thanks!

Welcome! A radio is very rare indeed. Is it the motorola clone Radio?

Hi, I am not sure what you mean by 'clone', but is a Motorola and has IH on the glass dial indicator. I actually have 2, but one has a bad speaker. Origional speakers are hard to find!

Ceiling type. I think that the A lines started with the ceiling type.

Re: A line radio

Dad has a ceiling type in his '68- I seem to remember that the antenna came out through a hole in the roof- right above the radio.

Here's something on ebay that may be just what you need:

Re: A line radio

Thanks, I do have that publication but there is no help on the antenna. It does mount through the roof to a bracket that lays against the roof which I have. It may be that i have to be creative and that can always be dangerous!
