front 5 lug

hello, I have posted this question over in the R series forum, thought it wouldn't hurt to ask here... I have a R120 and want to put 5 lug wheels on it and get away from the big six split ring wheels. I know that R100 front hub/drums will fit right on and work. my question is , will A100 fit? are they the same as R100? I found a A100 at a "pull your part" and it has the front hub/drums on it. I don't have a parts book for the A series. I have a ford 8.8 for the rear once I get the front parts. thanks.
