Such a thing as a factory rear bumper?

I have never noticed an A- or B-series pickup with a factory rear bumper. Was there one? I have seen only fabricated ones, typically of tread plate. Travelalls have factory ones, in chrome of course.

Rear bumpers were optional equipment, so often weren't spec'd or were dealer installed "step and tow" diamond plate type.
I know as late as 1973, they were optional, as my dad spec'd one on a pick-up he ordered.

A bumper that fits and looks good is from a rear wheel drive Chevy Malibu station wagon. This bumper will have built in taillights, a place for the tag.
I have three original bumpers. They have been spoken for. Bob Drake Reproductions sell a very nice bumper that looks better than the original. :https://www.bobdrake.com/4852bumpers

I just clicked on it works for me, it's in the library forum on gangster/ Irish Mikes site under the MT-104, in the frame and bumper section. All the MT-104 seems to be there.

I was on the B Planet reading some builds and ran across this pic. Not original but looks good.
