Torque for lugs on split rims

I wrote the message on Sept 21 asking about split rims. Finally got the tire repaired and back on the rim. A long process. What should the torque be for the lugs on the rim? See photo. 1938 IH DS30 1 1/2 ton.

For modern trucks pre -121
5/8" studs 160-180 ft lbs
3/4 studs 215-225 ft lbs
That being said, I believe that the early trucks use 1/2 or 9/16 bolts so one would expect to be less.
The K service manual list torque for disk wheels ( Budd's) but for spokes it only says clean and tight.
I would limit to what a common torque chart states for that dia and thread.
With spoke wheels it is the taper and not the nut that provides the attachment force.
